PROVO, Utah, March 31, 2016 –– Backstage Library Works (www.bslw.com) is pleased to announce that Beth Ann Goodwill has joined its sales team representing cataloging, digitization, microfilm, authority control, reclassification, on-site and data conversion services.
Ms. Goodwill has been working in libraries and book stores for the last 19 years. Her experience in the book industry includes sales, service, inventory management, book distribution, and client relationships with vendors. Her work with libraries includes fluency in guest service, readers advisory, collection maintenance, and computer literacy. She has served as an adult computer class instructor, and is a member of multiple district-wide teams working to improve services to patrons. Ms. Goodwill has also presented at the Colorado Association of Libraries conference.
Ms. Goodwill holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University. She is also an MLIS candidate at San Jose State University’s iSchool. When asked about her new position, she said that she feels her background will complement her commitment to building library client relationships.
