CLIR Announces 2017 Digitization Grants for Hidden Special Collections and Archives

Council on Library and Informatino Resources - logoThe Council for Library and Information Resources (CLIR) has announced the third year of its competitive grant program for digitizing collections of materials that have a high scholarly research value in libraries and other cultural memory institutions.

Generously funded by the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation, the program will consider grants ranging from $50,000 to $250,000 for individual projects and up to $500,000 for collaborative, multi-institution projects. Continue reading →
